Welcome to Renew360! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Renew360 website (renew360.in) and the Renew360 mobile app (together, the “Services”), operated by Renew360 (“Renew360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

“User,” “You,” “Your” refers to anyone who visits our website, uses our app, or books a service with us. “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Renew360. “Service” means our scrap collection, e-waste buyback, recycling, and related pickup services. “Parties” refers to both you and Renew360 collectively.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a pickup or requesting a quote, to use our website and app only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Account and Sign-In

To use certain features of the app, such as requesting a pickup, you must sign in using your mobile number verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your mobile number secure and for all activity that happens through your account. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately at support@renew360.in.

4. Scrap and E-Waste Collection Services

Renew360 collects, recycles, and reuses used electronics and other scrap materials. Scrap and device prices may vary depending on current market rates, brand, model, condition, and category, and are confirmed at the time of physical inspection during pickup. Some items may be collected without payment where handling, transport, or recycling costs exceed their value. Renew360 reserves the right to accept or reject any item based on its condition, category, or our operational limits at the time of pickup. Wherever possible, usable items may be refurbished, resold, or donated to partner organisations rather than recycled.

5. Getting a Quote

Price estimates shown in the app or on the website — based on brand, model, storage, and condition answers you provide — are indicative only. The final price is confirmed by our pickup executive after physically inspecting the device or item. We are not liable for differences between an indicative online quote and the final price offered at pickup; you are free to decline the final offer.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices reflect prevailing market rates and are determined at the time of pickup and inspection. Payment for accepted items is made offline, in person, by our pickup executive at the time of pickup, using cash, UPI, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed method. Renew360 does not collect or store any payment or banking information through the app. We may update our pricing policies at any time without prior notice.

7. User Responsibilities

You confirm that any item you offer for sale or disposal belongs to you, or that you have the right and permission to dispose of it. You agree to ensure the item is safe to handle and transport, and that the pickup address and access details you provide are accurate and complete. Renew360 is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information, an inaccessible location, or your unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup request through the app or by contacting support@renew360.in before our executive arrives at your location. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Renew360 owns the intellectual property rights in all content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, and software. You may view, download, or print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not republish, sell, or otherwise commercially reproduce this content without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website or app may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (for example, SMS/OTP providers, logistics partners, or cloud hosting providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Renew360 is not liable for losses arising from your use of our website or app, service delays caused by weather, traffic, or logistics issues, or differences between an indicative quote and the final price offered at pickup. Our Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
